A luxury wedding venue website built with Next.js, React and TypeScript.
Overview
Willowmere House is a fictional countryside wedding venue website designed to feel like a real hospitality business. I built it as a full multi-page portfolio project, focusing on elegant visual design, reusable components, local data architecture, responsive layouts and a clear enquiry journey for couples.
This is a full wedding venue website, not a single landing page. The site includes Home, Weddings, Spaces, Packages, Package Detail Pages, Gallery, Real Weddings, Journal, FAQs, Contact and Viewings.
Goal
The goal was to create a realistic commercial website for a luxury wedding venue. The project needed to guide couples from inspiration to action through package browsing, venue space exploration, viewing bookings and enquiry forms.

- The design uses warm neutrals, large imagery and clear CTAs to suit the wedding venue audience
Challenges and Improvements
- Balancing a luxury editorial feel with practical conversion paths
- Managing a large multi-page structure with local data
- Making the mobile hero sections work well with large headings and image backgrounds
- Keeping package cards responsive across desktop, laptop and mobile
- Creating a realistic business model without overbuilding checkout or payment features
Result
The final project is a polished multi-page wedding venue website that demonstrates frontend development, responsive UI, local data architecture, SEO-aware content structure and commercial UX thinking.
